In 2018, Maple Development Group began with a detailed analysis of the real estate development market and population demographics. We found solid growth and a measurable increase in demand for attainably priced communities. Maple set a goal to secure tracts along with a number of growth paths and put together a development team for each of these projects. Our vision was to develop thoughtfully planned communities in proven locations.
