Maple Heights

The Maple Heights Community in Porter is being designed as a smart, energy-efficient, eco friendly community in North Houston that will offer modern single-family homes that are attainable priced. As Maple Heights is ten times the size of the earlier Maple Village project, Maple Development Group saw the opportunity to rethink and redefine the affordable market in the space we had available to us. This is Maple’s second development project after Maple Village was completed and sold to Colina Homes.
