Located 20 minutes from downtown Houston, Maple Village community was our first land development project for a community of single-family homes. We acquired the land in May of 2018, pre-sold the project to Colina Homes, and completed the development in June of 2020. Colina Homes then built a series of energy-efficient homes from quality building materials upon the 85 lots. Home offerings included a variety of floor plans and a number of customizable features.
The Maple Village community development is conveniently located near I-45 and Sam Houston Tollway, giving future residents easy access to State Highway 288 and I-610. The breakthrough with this project was being able to offer Maple Village homeowners a walkable community including bicycle trails—everything residents needed to live a luxurious, well-balanced life in a beautiful new community nestled between downtown Houston and Pearland. The Maple Village community in southeast Houston was the first of its kind in the area.
