The Pecan Ranch Development

Two parcels in the Village of Bonney, TX will be developed side by side to create Pecan Ranch, one of the largest Maple Development Group projects to date. The Pecan Ranch community in Bonney is Maple’s third development project, running in parallel with Maple View and Maple Grove. The development will feature a healthy mix of lot sizes (40×120 and 50×120) as part of a master plan. Phase 1 will contain 500 lots, and a number of development phases will follow, including 41 acres for a “Pecan Ranch Square” retail development that will feature retail shops and dining.

Pecan Ranch is still in the early planning and design phase. Once it’s completed, residents will enjoy walking trails throughout, parks and dog parks, a community clubhouse, a playground, and a community pool. A three-acre tract is designated for public safety (i.e. police or fire station). An additional 15 acres have been set aside for a proposed elementary school.

Most of the Pecan Ranch development features plans for single-family homes. We’re considering a 15-acre multi-family project for approximately 300 units in Phase 2. State Hwy 288 and County Road 48 is a nearby crossroads, which provides quick access to major city centers and a 30-minute commute to downtown Houston.

In all Pecan Ranch development efforts, Maple has a sustainable infrastructure in mind, especially when it comes to land and resource management and building materials. We maintain a deep consideration for select environmental concerns.
