Francisco García Sainz Portillo joined the Maple team in March of 2023. After having earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering with a minor of systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey, he ventured into real estate. This decision produced experience and an extensive background in construction, property management and public relations, including building and maintaining capital relationships with Mexican funds and private investors. In his current position, he continues to create and maintain versatile relationships with capital groups to help fund the current and upcoming development projects.
