Loreal Silcott joined Maple as Office Manager in the fall of 2021 and is currently (or has been promoted to) Chief of Staff for the company. In her role, she leads all marketing and branding of single-family planning and land development projects. She also oversees all staff communications, marketing ventures, and branding strategies. Loreal’s career experience has varied from recruitment to property management and several fields in between. She graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and a minor is psychology.
