Michael Sabo began his real estate career as an originator with First Financial Equity, working on debt and equity capitalizations. After ten years with First Financial, Michael moved to GFI Mortgage, where he continued to expand his involvement in structured real estate finance. Michael successfully established an investment platform that acquired over 450 million dollars of multi-family properties. Michael’s portfolio included over 5 thousand units throughout the US with over 100 million dollars of real estate located in Texas. Michael also founded an in-house property management company creating economies of scale and maximizing return on investments. Michael co-founded Maple Development Group to strategically focus on residential development in the greater Houston market by combining his years of real estate knowledge and the market’s need for attainably priced communities.
